Keith graduated as an Architectural Technician from the Faculty of Architecture, Dublin Institute of Technology in 1993 and has been with the practice since 1995. He was a technician member of the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland (RIAI) from 1999 to 2014 and was a member of the RIAI Technician Committee in 2001. Keith was made an Associate with the practice in 2001, and has since completed a Diploma in Project Management in Trinity College Dublin in 2002. Keith became a Partner in 2014 following admission to RIAI Architect membership and RIAI Register for Architects. He is also our office IT Manager, responsible for in house IT and Networking Management for the Practice.

Keith has primarily specialised in Healthcare projects and for over 15 years has worked to progress and expand the healthcare project portfolio through good design and attention to detail. Keith has a wide and varied experience of all healthcare building types, scales and complexities ranging from small technically challenging fit-outs such as the Central Sterile Services Department and Medical Assessment Units at Naas General Hospital to large scale (c. 20,000m²) acute hospital redevelopments in Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown, Naas General Hospital and Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda. Keith was involved in overseeing the completion of the Emergency Department, Wards and Coronary Care Unit building in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda and the Medical Assessment Unit in the same hospital campus. He also managed the successful completion of an Acute Mental Health Unit in Letterkenny General Hospital and the design and completion of a Post Mortem Mortuary building, a Medical Education Centre and a Histopathology Upgrade in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda.

Keith is currently managing the design of a new Endoscopy / Day Services, Physical Medicine and Oncology extension to Naas General Hospital, a temporary Clinical Decisions Unit at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda and the preparation of a PPP tender.

While Keith’s mainstay of experience is within the healthcare sector, he has also worked on residential, educational and commercial projects such as the redevelopment of Scoil Mochua, Clondalkin, House in Adare Manor, Limerick, Chief O’Neill’s Hotel, Smithfield (now known as Generator Hostel Dublin), O’Rahilly Building, University College Cork, Mixed Development at Tone Street Ballina, Castleknock Community School and the Blanchardstown Shopping Centre.
